4.2. Record
Prior to accessing the Client Area, it will be necessary to register Users in our system, and must provide the following personal data, including but not limited to: Email provided in the contracting process, CUPS number of the point of supply, C.I.F./D.N.I./N.I.E. and amount of any invoice.
The User is responsible for the veracity and accuracy of all the data that he enters on the web, whatever the functionality that he makes use of. Likewise, he declares that he has all the necessary permissions on the data to which access and that you have the consent for the use of data belonging to third parties. LUMISA is exempt from any responsibility for inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect data or for the lack of consent for its use and incorporation into the web.
4.3. Confirmation
The client, whose N.I.F. and email is registered in our system, will be validated by receiving an email containing a link that must be accessed to complete and validate the registration satisfactorily.

The User, at any time, may unsubscribe from the service by accessing the Customer Area.
Notwithstanding the right to unsubscribe from the service, if the User later decides to reactivate the Customer Area service, they must register again. Any use not previously authorized is considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

LUMISA ENERGÍAS, S.L. is exempt from any type of responsibility derived from the information published on its website provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
LUMISA reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel, unilaterally and at any time, access to the Customer Area service or any of its parts, without prior notice.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of these data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the Access to the Customer Area service, owned by LUMISA, will only be possible if the customer has previously registered.
