Compañía LUMISA ENERGÍAS, S.L. with address at C/ de Ausias March, 67, 08010 Barcelona, and provided with CIF B65711855 (hereinafter LUMISA ENERGÍAS) organizes this promotion called CHINESE NEW YEAR (hereinafter Promotion) that will be governed by the following General Conditions.
The purpose of the promotion is to encourage the contracting of new LUMISA ENERGÍAS customers with access rates 2.0TD and 3.0TD, described in lumisa.es/tarifas/en.
The validity period of the Promotion will be from February 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024. This Promotion will be valid throughout the Iberian Peninsula of the Spanish State.
All natural persons of legal age, or legal persons who enter into a new electricity supply contract with LUMISA ENERGÍAS may participate in the Promotion.
LUMISA ENERGÍAS reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any Existing or Incoming customer (hereinafter “Participants”) that alters, defrauds or threatens the proper functioning of the Promotion and its course. Similarly, Any Participant who, intentionally or not, harms or damages the image of LUMISA ENERGÍAS, that of its clients or that of the rest of the Participants, will be excluded.
All Participants who wish to benefit from the Promotion must contract with LUMISA ENERGÍAS any of the Light Rates described above.
The Promotions are exclusively for online contracting with LUMISA ENERGÍAS. Therefore, for the Participants to benefit from this Promotion, it will be essential that the Incoming customer enter the Promotional Code “DRAGON2024” in the online contracting form online de contratación. A new electricity supply contract is understood to be those resulting from the change of supplier and direct registrations that occur on the web.
In the case of making use of the aforementioned promotion, new hires will have a 3-month stay with LUMISA ENERGÍAS.
During the validity period, Participants who meet the established requirements, and once the contract has been registered, will obtain:

The Marketer will only communicate the data to Public Bodies and Institutions of the General State Administration, as well as the Distribution Company, in order to be able to contract on behalf of the client.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in the Promotion that is the object of these legal bases.
The legitimacy of the processing of personal data is the execution of the contract and/or express consent and compliance with the regulations. By filling in this form, it is understood that you give your consent for this purpose.
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participants accept the General Conditions. LUMISA ENERGÍAS is empowered to resolve any contingency not foreseen in these Legal Bases, as well as to interpret them.
The interpretation and compliance with the legal bases will be governed by Spanish legislation, LUMISA and the Participants, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the place where the installation of which the Client is the owner and in which the supply is provided is located.
