Company LUMISA ENERGÍAS, S.L. with address at C/ de Ausias March, 67, 08010 Barcelona, and holder of CIF B65711855 (hereinafter “LUMISA ENERGÍAS”) organizes this promotion called “PROMO AMIGO” (hereinafter “Promotion”) which will be governed by the following General Conditions.
The purpose of the promotion is to encourage the hiring of new clients of LUMISA ENERGÍAS of access rates 2.0TD and 3.0TD, described in lumisa.es/tarifas/en.
The term of validity will be governed by what is described in the SMS that LUMISA ENERGÍAS will provide to the Existing customer. This Promotion will be valid throughout the Iberian Peninsula of the Spanish State.
All natural persons of legal age, or legal persons who sign a new electricity supply contract with LUMISA ENERGÍAS, may participate in the Promotion. Current customers (hereinafter “Existing” customers) may invite friends or family (hereinafter “Incoming” customers) to contract an electricity supply through the web.
A new electricity supply contract is understood to mean those resulting from the change of marketer and direct registrations that occur on the web.
LUMISA ENERGÍAS reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any Existing or Incoming customer (hereinafter “Participants”) that alters, defrauds or threatens the proper functioning of the Promotion and its course. In the same way , any Participant who, intentionally or not, harms or damages the image of LUMISA ENERGÍAS, that of its clients or that of the rest of the Participants, will be excluded.
All Participants who wish to benefit from the Promotion must contract with LUMISA ENERGÍAS any of the Electricity Rates described above. LUMISA ENERGÍAS will send an SMS to the Existing customer, through the contact number provided by the same (Eg : COMP6571) and the campaign will be advertised. Similarly, it will be found on the invoices issued by LUMISA ENERGÍAS, in the “PROMOTIONS” section.
Through the aforementioned communication, the Existing client will be informed of the Promotional Code, which is personal and unique for each Existing client, and must be provided to the Incoming client."
The Promotion is exclusive for online contracting with LUMISA ENERGÍAS. Therefore, for the Participants to benefit from this Promotion it will be essential that the Incoming client enter the Promotional Code in the online hiring form.

In the event that the energy consumption of your bill is less than 100 kWh of the discount, the remaining consumption will be discounted on successive bills until the entire discount is covered.

The Marketer will only communicate the data to Public Bodies and Institutions of the General State Administration, as well as the Distribution Company, in order to be able to contract on behalf of the client.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in the Promotion that is the object of these legal bases.
The legitimacy of the processing of personal data is the execution of the contract and/or express consent and compliance with the regulations. By filling in this form, it is understood that you give your consent for this purpose.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participants accept the General Conditions. LUMISA ENERGÍAS is empowered to resolve any contingency not foreseen in these Legal Bases, as well as to interpret them.
The interpretation and compliance with the legal bases will be governed by Spanish legislation, LUMISA and the Participants, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the place where the installation of which the Client is the owner and in which the supply is provided is located.
