Electricity rates for businesses. Whatever your business

Prices including taxes include the Special Electricity Tax (IEE) of 5.11% and the Value Added Tax (VAT), which as of January 1, 2025, will be 21%, according to Royal Decree-Law 8/2023, of December 27. The new regulated costs to be applied starting January 1, 2025, are specified in Order TED/1487/2024, of December 26, which sets the prices for system charges and establishes various regulated costs for the electricity system for 2025, approved by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, and in Resolution RAP/DE/009/24, which sets the access tolls for transport and distribution networks for 2025, issued by the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC).

The monthly price for the electricity meter rental will be set at any given time by the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Tourism for the corresponding Access Rate and charged by the Distribution Company, with VAT included, and will be indicated in the invoices issued by LUMISA.

These prices include the regulated cost associated with the Social Bonus funding mechanism, as per Order TED/1487/2024, of December 26, for Social Bonus financing: Fixed cost per customer (commercialization) of 0.0127424301 euros/day.

Any variations, both increases and decreases, in the applicable taxes and regulated concepts, including system charges, access tolls, and meter rental, will be applied. Additionally, any new regulated concepts, fees, or taxes that are created or replace current ones and become applicable during the term of this contract may be passed on to the price.

Offers valid for new electricity contracts with 3.0TD access rate, for supplies with contracted power above 15 kW and without the Social Bonus. Contract terms remain valid for an initial period of 12 months from the start of supply, unless otherwise indicated by the customer. No commitment period required.

Terms according to the selected rate:

• Luz Empresas ONE: Flat kWh price all day (no time-of-use pricing). Includes a promotion of €150 discount (€124 without VAT) applied to the energy term over the first ten monthly bills. The discount will be applied as €15 with VAT (€12.40 without VAT) per bill. In case of non-payment, remaining discount will be cancelled, and only the amounts already applied will be retained. Promotion valid for contracts signed until December 31, 2025, unless extended or modified by Lumisa.
• Luz Empresas Ahorro: Variable kWh price based on the six time periods defined by the 3.0TD rate.
