Prices with taxes include the Value Added Tax (VAT), which will apply according to current regulations. For homes older than two years since their construction or last renovation, a reduced VAT of 10% may be applied, provided that the part corresponding to the equipment does not exceed 40% of the taxable base of the budget. This reduced VAT will only apply when the recipient is an individual who uses the home for personal use. Therefore, the final installation price will increase by the corresponding VAT percentage at the time of billing.

It is important to note that the cost of the installation may be affected by other possible expenses arising from the work, such as additional installation work or modifications to the existing electrical system at the installation site, which will be adjusted according to what has been agreed between the parties.

This offer is valid for new solar panel installation contracts and is intended for clients interested in solar solutions with or without a battery. The prices listed are estimated and will depend on the characteristics of the installation site, the system chosen, and other technical factors. The final quote will be provided after evaluating the client's specific needs.

Financing: Lumisa Energías, S.L., in collaboration with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (BBVA) and subject to its authorization, facilitates the payment of the cost of the solar panel installation and equipment. BBVA offers financing with two options: up to 48 months with no interest (with a 30€ opening fee) or up to 11 years with interest (TIN: 6.99%).

The price of your installation depends on your energy needs (annual consumption) and the square meters of your roof surface. With these factors we can know the number of panels needed and their corresponding dimensioning.

The installation is based on the anchoring of the structures to the tiles or sheet metal. The panels will be located on the structures and will be connected to each other by cables. The anchoring needs few support points, so it will not affect the roof structure.

The advantages of installing solar panels are mainly savings on your electricity bill; in addition to gaining sovereignty by gaining greater self-management of your production and electricity consumption. It is also important to emphasize that your energy will be green and sustainable.

After installation, you can save from 40% to 100% of your bill (the compensation of 100% of consumption would be done through the product of the virtual battery).

We can offer grid-connected, storage or stand-alone installations.

We can install solar panels on any roof, whether they are on the property of single family houses, buildings of neighbouring properties, company buildings and public buildings.

For safety reasons. Grid-connected solar systems must automatically shut down during a power outage (anti-islanding mechanism). This protects technicians working on the power lines. To have electricity during outages, you need a specific backup system with automatic transfer switch.
