Aid and subsidies for Aerothermal in Catalonia

Installing aerothermal systems in Catalonia between October 2021 and December 31, 2025 entitles you to tax deductions in your income tax return. These deductions are designed to promote energy efficiency in homes and residential buildings, with amounts based on the level of savings achieved:

• Primary residence: 20% of the investment (maximum €5,000) if there is a minimum 7% reduction in heating and cooling demand.
• Primary residence: 40% of the investment (maximum €7,500) if the energy savings are equal to or greater than 30% or if the energy rating improves to A or B.
• Residential buildings: 60% of the investment (maximum €15,000) if energy consumption is reduced by 30% or more or if the energy rating improves to A or B.
