We are present throughout the Iberian Peninsula. However, due to technical reasons, we are not yet operating in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Our goal is to continue growing and cover all of Spain in the near future.

Switching electricity suppliers is a quick and completely free process. This happens when you decide to switch to another company offering better prices or services. Also, you will never be left without electricity during the change process.

If you've decided to sign up with Lumisa, here’s a brief explanation of the steps to follow.

If you sign up through https://lumisa.es/en/contrata-ahora or via our Customer Service, you should follow this procedure:

  1. To switch to Lumisa, you need to provide the following documentation via email or fax to [email protected], or by calling 900 811 473 or WhatsApp at 688 100 100:

    • If it's a company, provide the company’s CIF.
    • DNI of the holder or the administrator.
    • Last electricity bill.
    • Bank account number.
    • Contact details: phone number and email.
  2. Once we receive the documentation, we will send the contract to the provided address or email.

  3. You should keep a copy and send it back via email, or simply sign online using our digital signature platform.

  4. Once we receive the signed contract, we will proceed with the switch. The process can take between 5 to 7 days depending on the Distributor.

  5. You will receive a final settlement bill from the previous supplier. The first bill from Lumisa will close the billing cycle. From the second bill onwards, the natural billing cycle will begin.

So, you don’t need to worry about anything, as we will handle all the paperwork quickly and efficiently.

The answer is NO. When you hire our services you are free to stay or leave at any time.

It allows you to make the payments of your invoices comfortably and safely with a bank credit or debit card through our online payment form.

The card will be charged and credited to the Lumisa account at the time the transaction is authorized. The operation is denied if a problem is detected in the process.

When you make the payment, you will see the result of the operation on the screen:

  • Successfully Authorized: the charge has been made to your card, and the deposit to Lumisa's account is complete.
  • Denied: an issue was detected during the process, so the payment was not completed.

Yes. At Lumisa we use a Virtual POS system so that your data is protected.

A Virtual POS is a payment gateway with the ability to charge online. It is a very secure digital payment that guarantees the encryption of the information, for example, through the use of SSL security certificates.

Yes. If you provide us with your email, we will confirm that we have received the credit in the Lumisa account.
